Challenges:
A leading logistics client from Mumbai wanted to track their drivers’ trips and receive Proof of Delivery (POD) immediately upon arrival at the destination. However, they had to wait until the driver returned to receive the POD.

Solution:
Eunoia Softech provided a mobile app solution to the client, where drivers can start and stop their trips using the app, and upload a photo of the POD upon arrival at the destination. To encourage drivers to use the app, we implemented a bonus system, where drivers earn bonus points for each trip started, stopped, and POD uploaded. These bonus points can be redeemed for useful items or cashback.

Impact:
As a result of this solution, the client was able to track their drivers’ trips more efficiently and improve POD management. The bonus system motivated drivers to use the app, resulting in improved data accuracy and timeliness.
